Android Super Widget

After stumbling upon Geoff Teehan’s Iphone Home Screen vision via Sam Brown’s blog post I thought this would be a great idea for an Android Widget. Providing a quick view of the data that matters such as missed calls and unread email or texts.
After googling to see if there is something like this out there I came a crossed Larva Lab’s and their intelligent home screen
It seems this is only a mock up though and not necessarily possible. It’s certainly something I’ll keep my eye on.
The Motorola Blur interface takes a different direction. Compiling all of your social networks into one view.

If you’re an iPhone fan and you like the above design by Geoff Teehan it looks like his iPhone Lock Screen is Coming
Additionally, the guys over at Larva Labs are making progress with their intelligent home screen
